Les diagnostics que la personne obtenant la certification effectuera ont une valeur définitive pour les habitations qui ne présentent aucune trace de plomb. Ces constats doivent être par contre réitérés tous les 6 mois pour les locations et annuellement pour les biens immobiliers vendus. La formation inclut également l’apprentissage de l’évaluation de la conservation des revêtements comportant du plomb.
